Install one or both. They share no dependencies.

Timeboard

Calendar, Gantt and Kanban views for any object with a date field. Drag a record to reschedule it.

  • Free: calendar view, drag to reschedule, unlimited users
  • Pro: Gantt, Kanban, colour rules, ICS feed

Pro is $79 per org per month, unlimited users.

Gridline

Edit records like a spreadsheet. Change many cells, save once. Works on related lists and, with Pro, on any list view.

  • Free: related-list grid, unlimited users
  • Pro: mass update, CSV export, conditional formatting

Pro is $5 per user per month. Team is $149 per org.

Why teams pick us

  • 100% native

Built with Lightning Web Components and Apex on the Salesforce Platform. No external servers, no callouts.

  • Your data stays in your org

Nothing is sent to us or anyone else. That makes privacy reviews short.

  • Prices you can read

Every price is on this site. No quote forms, no sales call to find out what it costs.

  • No 10-seat minimum

A team of three pays for three, or nothing on the free tier. Timeboard is flat per org, so viewers cost nothing.

Questions

Is the free tier really free?

Yes. Timeboard Free gives you a calendar view on any object with a date field. Gridline Free gives you an inline-edit grid on record page related lists. Both allow unlimited users and have no time limit.

What does Pro add?

Timeboard Pro adds Gantt, Kanban, unlimited saved views, colour rules, multi-object calendars and an ICS feed. Gridline Pro adds any-object grids, mass update, unlimited saved grids, CSV export and conditional formatting.

Where does my data go?

Nowhere. Both apps run inside your Salesforce org and make no external calls. Licence keys are checked offline against a signed key.

How do I get Pro?

Buy or start a trial, and we send a licence key tied to your org. Paste it into the app's Setup tab and Pro unlocks. If the key is missing or expires, the app drops back to the free tier instead of breaking.

Are the apps on AppExchange?

Not yet. Until the listing and security review are complete, you install with a direct link from the docs page.

How current are the competitor prices?

Published/third-party list prices, Sept 2026. Actual quotes may vary. Check each vendor for a current quote.
